The Reunion Committee is in the planning stage for our 45th Year Reunion!

 

This page is where information will be posted as plans develop.

October 21, 2010                

First Committee meeting; venues for the Reunion were discussed and information about costs to be gathered.  

Next meeting, early November.

November 11, 2010            

Committee met last night and a tentative venue was decided on.  

Checking on available dates for next summer.  

If we secure a date we will have our next meeting after the holidays.

November 12, 2010            

A date and a Place has been secured.  

 

The Date for the 45th year Reunion is: 

August 6, 2011

The Place is the James F. Dicke Family Transportation Center, located in the historical Carillon Park.  The Committee is very excited about having our 45th there.  To quote the information from their website; 

"James F. Dicke Family Transportation Center

Featuring a wall of glass with views of the Moraine and the Morrison Iron Bridge on one side and the Park’s antique train and trolley collection on the other. This expansive venue offers an unforgettable space for events of all types."

This should be a perfect setting for our Reunion as it offers both a convenient location, near a number of motels and restaurants for those coming from out of town as well as a beautiful, familiar and nostalgic atmosphere, sure to spark many fond memories of our youth.

We have a Band!  The musical entertainment group "Chazz" will be performing for your dancing and/or listening pleasure.

Friday Night, August 5th!

We have arranged for an "Informal, Pre-Reunion Get Together".  It will be held at Harrigan's Tavern South, on 671 Lyons Rd in Centerville (formerly the "Fox & Hound").

The time for the get together is from 7:00 PM till ??????, with a cash bar and ordering from their menu.  No reservations are needed, just drop in!

Sunday Afternoon, August 7th!

There will be a tour of Belmont High School available at 1:00 PM on Sunday.  More details will be available at the Reunion on Saturday.
